Three things you unlock today

One subscription. Two new picks. Three managed portfolios.

Personal Finance is not one newsletter. It’s three managed portfolios under one subscription — and the two picks Jim teased on the call sit inside two of them.

Pick #2 · Income Portfolio
The Income Pick — yours inside.

A logistics name most retirees already touch through their index funds — quietly transforming itself into a tech-enabled platform. Pays a dividend yield close to 6% at the current price. Full thesis, entry, and buy-up-to in your first Personal Finance issue.

Pick #3 · Fund Portfolio
The Fund Pick — yours inside.

A single fund tied to what Jim believes is the most important demographic story of the next decade. Trading near 52-week lows. Jim has gone on record: “If I could own only one international fund for the next ten years, this would be it.” Ticker, thesis, and allocation guidance inside.

All Three Portfolios

From the live Q&A

The three questions everyone asks Jim.

“Can’t I just use a free AI app instead of paying for research?”

AI can summarize the news. It cannot tell you when a stock has stopped going down. It does not sign its name to a recommendation or eat the loss when it’s wrong. Jim has done both for thirty years at Personal Finance. Accountability is not a feature you can prompt for.

“Have markets become too fast and complex for individual investors?”

Speed is a distraction. Process is not. Jim’s biggest winners played out over months, not minutes — the three-step framework you watched on the call took twelve months to compound into 800%-plus on the lead pick. Slow and methodical beats fast and reactive, especially in your 60s and 70s.

“What would make you tell me to get out of stocks entirely?”

Three signals Jim watches: long-dated Treasury yields collapsing while fewer and fewer stocks lead the market higher; a generational shift in who is buying stocks and what companies actually earn that breaks the long-run case for owning them; or a change in the rules around how stocks are taxed or owned. None of those is in place today.
