Worthless for 3 million years…

Big Tech, Billionaires, and World Superpowers Are Now In A Quiet Arms Race to Stockpile ‘H-K-H’

Conceptual illustration: a gloved hand fitted with motion-capture sensors holds a glowing blue stone against a dusk sky

Jeff Bezos has sunk $100 million of his own money into it… Meta paid $14 billion to lock up its supply… and another tech giant is unleashing an army of 600,000 people to gather it.

Discover how every day investors can grab their stake…and could make as much as 1,604% over the next few years.

From the Desk of Jim Pearce
Personal Finance – Established 1974.

Dear Investor,

You can’t buy H-K-H on the stock market.

You can’t pick it up from a coin dealer like gold or trade it by the barrel like oil.

No fund, ETF, or exchange will quote you a price.

And no wonder.

From the day H-K-H first appeared, about 3 million years ago, no one could store it, ship it or sell it…

Making it so worthless we’ve simply given it away for free.

Then, almost overnight, the world’s most powerful players have launched an arms race for every ounce of it.

Meta just shelled out $14 billion to lock up its supply.

Other tech giants are forking over $1,000… for a single sample.

Another is even raising an army of 600,000 people to collect it.

That’s more manpower than the Apollo program had to put us on the moon.

When Big Tech writes checks that size, the billionaires are never far behind.

Jeff Bezos has quietly sunk $100 million of his own fortune into H-K-H.

Venture capital legend Marc Andreessen says what this resource unlocks could be “the biggest industry in the history of the planet.”

The same industry Elon Musk says “will more than double the global economy in less than 10 years.”

Marc Andreessen: “The biggest industry in the history of the planet.” Elon Musk: “Will more than double the global economy in less than 10 years.”

That would be over $100 trillion in new wealth, mind you.

Numbers like that have pulled the world’s superpowers into the race.

China is opening a new H-K-H harvesting facility roughly every four days.

And you can bet that has Washington nervous.

A national-security group founded by former Google CEO Eric Schmidt is urging President Trump to build a national H-K-H hub…warning that China already holds “a major advantage.”

With this much money flying around, you’ll soon hear about a new “H-K-H stock” every other day on CNBC and Stock Twitter.

Most of them will be total smoke.

I’m Convinced Only Three Are Worth Your Money

One collects H-K-H, one refines it, and one puts it to work.

Own all three, and you can get paid at every stop on the profit train.

My research shows you could make as much as 1,603% over the next three years between them.

That’s 15 times better than what gold has done for your portfolio over the past 36 months.

I’m getting ahead of myself though.

You’re probably wondering…

Why are the richest players on earth suddenly brawling over something so irrelevant, we gave it away for free for all of human history?

I’ll show you exactly why in a moment.

First, you should know who I am.

The Last Time I Spotted an Arms Race Early Like This, It Paid Me 975%

It was the fall of 2022, and the world was about to fight over the computing power behind AI, something everybody figured would never run short.

You may not remember, but Wall Street had bigger problems.

The S&P 500 was down 25% on the year, tech stocks had lost a third of their value, and chipmakers were the last thing on anyone’s mind.

That’s exactly when, on October 12, 2022, I told my readers to buy NVIDIA at just $11.50 a share.

Seven weeks later, ChatGPT launched, the AI boom was born, and every giant in tech started clawing for NVIDIA’s chips.

I held the stock for more than two years. And when I sold in January 2025, readers who followed me could have pocketed 975%.

NVIDIA (NVDA) share price, October 12, 2022 to January 29, 2025: bought at $11.50, sold at $123.70, a gain of 975%
Jim Pearce, Chief Investment Strategist, Personal Finance

My name is Jim Pearce, by the way.

I started as a stockbroker in 1983, back when Treasury bonds paid double-digit interest, if you can believe it.

Today I’m Chief Investment Strategist for Personal Finance, one of the longest-running investment advisories in the world.

Since 1974, through 10 presidents, 7 recessions and 3 crashes, we’ve helped everyday investors answer one question: “What’s next?”

And our answers have paid off.

In August 1987, when fewer than a million Americans had a cell phone, we told readers to buy a regional phone company at $2.78 a share.

That company became Verizon. We still own it, and it’s up more than 1,500%.

Verizon (VZ) since August 1987: bought at $2.78, still held, up more than 1,500%

In March 1990, as the Soviet Union opened its oil fields to the West for the first time, we bought Chevron at $4.42.

We still own that one too. It’s up over 4,500%, enough to turn every $10,000 into more than half a million.

Chevron (CVX) since March 1990: bought at $4.42, still held, up 4,520%

We’ve held Verizon for 39 years and Chevron for 36.

Most of the “advisories” clogging your inbox didn’t exist five years ago, and they’ll be gone five years from now.

Personal Finance winning calls throughout the years

Before I tell you exactly why H-K-H is my next big call…

And how you can grab your stake today, I want to let you in on a little secret.

The one that’s allowed me to see ‘what’s next’ time and time again.

You see, most investors, Main Street and Wall Street alike, ignore history.

Especially when a hot new trend takes off.

But that is foolish.

When it comes to the next big thing, history almost always repeats itself.

Now, you’ve probably never been told this…

But every major boom is really two rallies running at the same time – one out in the open, and one hidden right underneath it.

Only One of Them Pays You First

The one out in the open is the ‘headline rally.’

It’s the one every CNBC anchor is shouting about and every stock-picker on X is bragging about…

The dot-coms in 1999, electric cars in 2017, AI today… the famous names and the big promises about how the world is about to change.

But the headline rally rarely pays investors chasing it right away.

For one, the companies at the center are often private, so you can’t buy them.

And even the ones you can buy tend to burn money building the dream instead of making any.

In other words, it’s a rally of popularity, not portfolio returns.

Those dollars they burn do go somewhere, though.

See, every one of those big promises has to be built out of something… a metal, a part, a supply line… and there’s never enough of it to go around.

So every company chasing the promise, the winners and the losers alike, has to buy the same scarce thing.

They have no choice. Nothing they’ve promised gets built without it.

That’s the second rally… the one hiding underneath the headlines…

The resource rally.

Whoever owns the resource gets paid by all of them, no matter who wins…

And the buying starts the day the headline breaks.

While the crowd argues over which headline name to bet on, every one of those names is already out bidding for the same scarce thing.

That’s why the resource rally pays first.

Yes, the headline eventually pays… but there’s a whole other fortune to be made in the meantime.

Two rallies, one boom: the headline rally everyone watches is still waiting for early gains, while the resource rally underneath is already rising

Consider China.

On December 11, 2001, China joined the World Trade Organization.

The headline wrote itself: the most populous country on earth was on its way to becoming a superpower.

But try cashing in on that headline.

Today’s titans like Alibaba and Tencent were tiny private startups.

And China’s own stock market, the obvious bet, went on to lose nearly 40% over the next four years.

Underneath, though, the resource rally started paying the day after China joined.

Because a superpower gets built out of steel and copper… and within a year, China was the world’s biggest copper buyer.

So on December 12, Mesabi Trust, which collects royalties on Minnesota iron ore, hit bottom and started climbing.

On December 13, Southern Copper did the same.

By the time China’s stock market hit its low in 2005, Mesabi had quintupled, Southern Copper had quadrupled… and Cleveland-Cliffs, an iron miner that had nearly gone bankrupt in 2002, was up sevenfold.

China headline rally vs. resource rally, December 11, 2001 to June 6, 2005: Cleveland-Cliffs up 583%, Mesabi Trust up 431%, Southern Copper up 329%, Shanghai Composite down 40%

Then the headline paid.

Over the next two years, China’s market went up sixfold, and the iShares China fund, the one every American could buy, nearly quadrupled.

But look at what you’d have sat through to collect it:

Four losing years, while the people who owned the iron ore and copper underneath had already made five, six and seven times their money…

And were still collecting.

By 2008, Cliffs was up 60-fold.

China headline rally vs. resource rally, January 2005 to January 2008: Shanghai Composite up 324%, Cleveland-Cliffs up 293%

So the headline rally does come true.

The first fortune just goes to whoever owns what it’s built out of.

The resource doesn’t always come out of the ground, though.

Take the internet boom of the late 90s.

Dot-com companies like Webvan and Pets.com dominated the headline.

But every web page, order and email had to travel over fiber-optic cable… and that’s where the resource rally ran.

Put $10,000 into Webvan on its first trading day, and ten months later you’d have about $1,560 left.

The same $10,000 in Ciena, whose gear lets each strand of fiber carry more traffic, grew to about $52,600.

Dot-com headline rally vs. resource rally, November 5, 1999 to September 1, 2000: Ciena up 426%, Webvan down 84%, Pets.com down 91% from its February 2000 IPO

A decade later, the internet’s next headline rally followed the same pattern: social media.

Everyone wanted Facebook, Groupon and Zynga. But every post, photo and game had to be stored somewhere… and the resource rally was in the drives that store all that digital data.

From late 2011 to mid-2013, all three social stocks fell, Zynga by 71%.

Meanwhile, Seagate, Micron and Western Digital each more than doubled.

Seeing Past The Headline To The Resource Rally Underneath It Is How I’ve Made My Biggest Calls

And the oldest one is still in our portfolio.

I want you to picture a snowy Moscow in January 1990.

The first McDonald’s had just opened there… and served more than 30,000 people in a day.

“The Soviet Union was open for business” was the headline.

And America’s biggest companies had just signed a Kremlin deal for up to $10 billion in joint ventures.

But every one of those ventures had the same problem.

The ruble was worthless outside the country… so nobody could take a dollar home until the Soviets earned one, and the Soviets earned dollars mostly by selling oil.

Underneath that headline, in other words, ran a resource rally in oil.

The Kremlin deal was built around it, with one company’s oil paying everyone else’s way.

That company was Chevron… the stock we bought in March 1990, while everyone else was distracted by Russian fast food and strip malls.

Good thing, too.

Within two years, two-thirds of those ventures had stalled and the Soviet Union itself had collapsed.

But the oil was still there, and so was Chevron’s claim to it.

By the end of 1995, it had almost doubled our money… and is still in our portfolio today for almost a 5,000% gain.

Russia headline rally vs. resource rally, 1990 to 1995: Chevron up 93% by the end of 1995 while the Soviet Union collapsed

And I’ve kept looking past the headline rally, and buying the resource rally underneath it, ever since.

In 2014, the headline was hot tech IPOs like GoPro and Twitter.

Underneath, nearly every new app rented its computing power from one of just three cloud giants… and we owned one, Microsoft.

By the time I sold it in 2018 for 163%, GoPro had lost 93% and Twitter 31%.

Tech headline rally vs. resource rally, October 13, 2014 to November 16, 2018: Microsoft up 163% (PF trade return), Twitter down 31%, GoPro down 93%

In 2017, the headline was electric cars.

Tesla was passing GM as America’s most valuable carmaker.

NIO, the Chinese EV challenger, had gone public.

But every one of those cars needs close to 200 pounds of copper, against 20 to 50 for a gas car.

That triggered a resource rally in copper, and that same month, I added BHP, one of the world’s biggest copper miners.

Two years later Tesla was 21% below its April 2017 price. NIO had lost more than three-quarters of its value.

Meanwhile BHP was up 63%… on its way to the 346% we’re sitting on today.

EV headline rally vs. resource rally, April 21, 2017 to September 30, 2019: BHP Group up 63%, Tesla down 21%, NIO down 76% from its September 2018 IPO

Then came ChatGPT in late 2022… and since OpenAI was private, investors grabbed anything with “AI” on it, like BuzzFeed and SoundHound.

Every one of those models runs on the same chips, which is why I’d bought NVIDIA seven weeks earlier…

A year later, BuzzFeed was down 88% and SoundHound 44%, while NVIDIA was up 165% on its way to our 975%.

If you bought one of those “AI plays,” you’ve lived through a headline rally yourself… and it’s still running.

Last year, the hot headlines were AI software darlings like C3.ai.

But every company putting AI to work needs servers, storage and networking, and Dell sells the whole package.

Since I bought it, C3.ai is down 43%… Dell is up 459%.

AI headline rally vs. resource rally, March 26, 2025 to September 30, 2026: Dell up 459%, C3.ai down 52%

Which brings me to the boom starting now.

Because the headline rally running right now could dwarf the dot-coms, electric cars and AI put together…

And underneath it sits an H-K-H resource rally that could pay better than even chips did.

A Boom So Big, Wall Street Invented a New Job Title for It

The boom is AI robots… machines that can see, think and do real work in the physical world.

And its headline rally is already out in the open. The famous names, the big promises, every CNBC anchor and stock-picker on X telling you the world is about to change.

Now, I believe the promises will come true.

Everything you’re about to read says so.

But you’ve just seen what happens to the investors who buy the headline first… four losing years in China, Webvan, NIO, BuzzFeed… while the resource underneath pays the whole time.

That’s the trap in this one, and it’s bigger than any I’ve shown you… because some of the most influential names in finance and technology are lining up to make the promises.

In fact, you’ve already heard from two of them.

At the top of this letter, I quoted Marc Andreessen on “the biggest industry in the history of the planet.”

What I didn’t tell you is which industry he meant.

It’s AI robotics.

And that’s exactly what Elon was talking about too.

Elon Musk on X, September 9, 2026: “AI+robots will more than double the global economy in less than 10 years”

Wall Street is starting to take them at their word.

In December 2025, Morgan Stanley put roughly 30 analysts to work on its first-ever Robot Almanac.

Then it did something big banks almost never do for a passing fad. It created a brand-new job for the man in charge: “global embodied AI strategist.”

And the forecast inside that report?

Robot sales growing from $91 billion today to $25 trillion by 2050.

Put another way, for every dollar the world spends on robots now, Morgan Stanley expects $275 in 2050.

One authority after another has put out a number of its own:

One authority after another: Barclays $200 billion humanoid market by 2035; Citi $7 trillion by 2050; Bank of America 3 billion humanoids at work by 2060; RBC Capital Markets $9 trillion by 2050; ARK Invest $26 trillion automation opportunity. Cathie Wood: “I think the chaser is going to be humanoid robots.”

And they keep raising those numbers.

Goldman Sachs alone has increased its humanoid predictions nearly 5X in less than the last three years.

Goldman Sachs humanoid forecast for 2035 shipments: 1.4 million (January 8, 2024) revised to 6.5 million (reported September 14, 2026), nearly 5x the previous forecast

The people building this future sound even more certain.

When CNBC asked Masayoshi Son, founder of the $300 billion investment firm SoftBank, where the next trillion-dollar company will come from…

He answered almost immediately:

“Physical AI. Robotics.”

One NVIDIA executive told the Financial Times that “ninety per cent of the world’s actions need to happen in the physical world, not just in the digital world”… which is why he believes AI robotics “is arguably an order of magnitude larger” than AI itself.

Deepu Talla, Vice President of Robotics and Edge AI, NVIDIA: “Ninety per cent of the world's actions need to happen in the physical world, not just in the digital world - that's why we believe the opportunity for physical AI is arguably an order of magnitude larger.”

Still, the build-out has barely started.

Last year, the world built more than 20,000 humanoid robots, more than ten times as many as the year before.

If Citi is right, that leaves about 648 million to go.

With that much room to run, I don’t blame you if your mouth is watering to jump into the AI robotics deep end now.

The obvious move is Tesla.

Musk himself says “~80% of Tesla’s value will be Optimus,” its humanoid robot.

If not Tesla, then a humanoid maker like UBTech… Serve Robotics and its sidewalk delivery robots… or a robot fund like BOTZ that owns a little of everything.

But think back to Webvan, GoPro, NIO and BuzzFeed.

They looked like the obvious moves, too… and every one of them was the headline rally at the moment you’d have bought it.

The resource underneath paid first, and the people who chased the names sat through the losing years.

And so far, the names I just gave you are playing out the same way.

This year alone, Tesla is down 17%…

Serve Robotics has lost more than half its value.

Even UBTech, with the biggest known humanoid order book on earth, is down 36%.

And the robot ETF BOTZ?

It slipped too.

Don’t get me wrong.

I believe the AI robot boom will be every bit as big as the forecasts say.

But you already know where the money goes first in a boom like this.

It goes to the resource rally running underneath it.

In the AI robot boom, that resource is H-K-H.

Not one of those forecasts can come true without it.

And the time to get your piece of the pie is now.

Here’s why…

The One Thing No Robot Can Learn on Its Own

Since General Motors put the first robot to work in 1961, it could only do what somebody programmed into it ahead of time.

So try writing down how to fold a napkin so a machine can follow it.

How tight do you pull? What do you do when the cloth catches?

Your hands know. The page doesn’t.

That’s why robots got the jobs that never change, like the same bolt a million times in a row… and everything that runs on feel stayed with people.

And that’s most of the work on earth… the work those $25 trillion forecasts count on robots doing.

That feel… the thing your hands know and the page doesn’t… has a name.

Human Know-How.

What I’ve been calling, H-K-H.

Human Know-How, the human input behind the machine: a welder's gloved hand passes a welding torch to a robotic hand. H-K-H — from human experience to learned know-how

Now, you might say the world has been writing know-how down for centuries.

Every trade has its manual.

True… but a manual only gets you so far, and the napkin shows you exactly how far.

It says “pull it tight.” Only hands that have folded a thousand napkins know what tight is.

That’s the part no manual can hold.

H-K-H is everything the manual leaves out… and the only place it has ever existed is inside the person doing the job.

You couldn’t take it out of him.

So for all of history, the only way to put his know-how to work was to put him to work.

A factory couldn’t buy a welder’s know-how.

It hired the welder by the hour, and his know-how came along for nothing.

Nobody could store it, ship it or sell it, so for 3 million years, nobody did.

Here’s What Changed

ChatGPT learned to write by studying a mountain of text that people wrote.

The same kind of AI can now learn a job from a recording of a person doing it:

Where he looks, what his hands do, how hard he presses.

Everything the manual left out.

This August, a robot startup called Skild recorded a staffer potting a plant at 9:22 one evening.

By 9:27, its robot was doing the job alone… a job nobody had ever programmed into it.

So a robot can finally do work that runs on feel, once it’s fed a person’s H-K-H.

Which makes H-K-H something it has never been… a usable, valuable resource.

Capture it, and it can be bought and sold like anything else.

And every one of those 648 million AI robots has to be fed it before it can work… while the world has barely begun to collect it.

From Human Know-How to Robot Know-How: 01 Gather (human skill in action), 02 Capture (record the demonstration), 03 Sell (trade recorded H-K-H), 04 Teach (robots learn the task)

That’s the kind of setup every resource rally in this letter started from.

And just look at what H-K-H is already worth.

Up to $1,000 an Hour… for Something

You’ve Been Giving Away Your Whole Life

Azzam and Samra Ahmed, a California couple, strapped cameras to their heads and wrists and did what they’d always done for free… cooked shawarma.

The footage went to Sunain, a company that gathers it for the people building AI robots… and paid them $1,200 each.

“Like getting paid for breathing,” Azzam told the Los Angeles Times.

Sunain has about 1,400 more like them in Los Angeles.

Even a former Disneyland dishwasher was offered $80 for two hours of usable footage.

Conceptual image: a dishwasher wearing a head-mounted camera washes dishes at a restaurant sink

Half a world away, a mother in Shandong, China, films six hours of housework a day for 20 yuan, about $3, an hour. “No one had paid me to cook and do laundry before.”

In Karur, India, a young man folds towels on camera… and 200 of those videos shipped to an American client.

Every one of them is being paid for H-K-H they already had.

For Fernando Flores, it’s a full-time job.

He guides a pair of robot arms through pouring coffee, hundreds of times, deleting every spill.

Conceptual image: a man in motion-capture sensors pours coffee while a robot arm beside him repeats the pour

His employer, Encord, sells to Toyota’s research arm… and charges up to $1,000 for a single hour of that recording sample.

And that’s the small end of the money flowing into H-K-H.

Jeff Bezos, Meta and Superpower Governments Are Already Stockpiling It

The big end starts with Jeff Bezos.

He’s put $100 million of his own money into a robot startup called Figure AI… which built an app that pays everyday people to film themselves working.

By this August, it had paid out $15 million.

That’s 12,500 paydays like the Ahmeds’.

Forbes on Yahoo Finance, August 26, 2026: “Figure’s Billion-Dollar Bet: Gig Platform For Humans To Generate Robot Training Data.” CEO Brett Adcock says the company has already paid $15 million to people filming themselves do housework and gig work for companies

But Bezos isn’t the biggest check on the table.

Meta paid $14.3 billion for half of Scale AI… the company collecting more than 1,000 hours of H-K-H a day.

And get this. JD Cloud, one of the biggest e-commerce companies in the world, isn’t waiting to buy H-K-H from anyone.

It’s hiring an army of 600,000 people to record ten million hours of it… know-how like factory work, farm work, eldercare.

JD Cloud's target: as many as 600,000 participants over two years — people recorded folding laundry, woodworking, packing boxes, washing dishes and potting plants

Beijing is going even further.

It’s building a H-K-H collection center every four days this year, with a $143 billion national fund behind them.

That’s what got Washington’s attention.

And why on October 13, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt’s robotics commission, co-chaired by two U.S. senators…

Wrote to President Trump to build a national H-K-H hub…warning that China already holds “a major advantage.”

And here’s the thing.

As big as those checks are, they’re the opening bids.

Because we’re going to need a whole hell of a lot more H-K-H.

One UC Berkeley robotics professor added it up.

Everything captured so far, anywhere on earth, comes to about 100 years of people doing real work…

And for robots to do the jobs those $25 trillion forecasts count on, they’re going to need something like 100,000 years of it.

So even if JD Cloud’s 600,000 person H-K-H gathering army records every one of their ten million hours, that adds about 1,100 years to the pile…

One percent of what the AI robot boom needs.

So the richest buyers on the planet are lined up for something that barely exists yet…

And they need a thousand times more of it than exists… so every hour that gets captured is going to sell for more than the hour before it.

The H-K-H shortage, years of recorded human work: about 100 years captured so far; JD Cloud's planned addition about 1,100 years (10 million recording hours); estimated need 100,000 years, about 1,000x as much. Even if JD Cloud records all 10 million hours, about 99% would still be missing

That’s the kind of shortage every resource rally I’ve shown you began with.

My point?

This resource rally in H-K-H is only getting started.

But Every Resource Rally Has A Time-Limited Launch Pad

The AI robot boom has the same shape as every big call I’ve shown you:

A headline rally on top… and underneath, a resource rally in H-K-H…with the biggest money on earth already buying.

But a resource rally pays most before the resource becomes the headline itself.

Once the whole market can see it, the easy money is gone.

Look at NVIDIA.

Its chips were the resource rally under the AI boom, and my readers could’ve made 975% if they took my 2022 recommendation.

Then, in November 2024, NVIDIA joined the Dow.

The chips became the headline.

And NVIDIA is only up 46% since.

NVIDIA (NVDA), October 12, 2022 to October 28, 2026, from resource rally to headline rally: buy recommendation at $11.50 on October 12, 2022; sold January 29, 2025 for +975%; joined the Dow November 8, 2024; +46% since joining the Dow, $215.38 on October 28, 2026

H-K-H hasn’t even begun to surface though.

In fact, every month, Bank of America asks the world’s biggest fund managers to name the most crowded trade.

Chips top it right now.

Robots have never made the list.

I expect H-K-H to make headlines within the next two years.

And that is your golden window in this resource rally.

Now, let me show you how you can grab your stake today through three different companies…

The First Company Sells the Rig That Pulls H-K-H Out of a Worker’s Hands…

And Its Arms Already Run in 100,000 Factories Waiting to Use It

Before anyone can stockpile H-K-H, somebody has to capture it… and this spring, my first company started selling the machine that does.

A skilled worker guides two robot arms through his job, two more copy every move, and the rig records the force behind each one.

Big Tech noticed first.

NVIDIA put the rig on stage at its biggest conference, and Meta’s $14 billion data company wrote its software.

Better yet, this company gets paid twice.

Once a worker’s H-K-H is captured, the factory needs robot arms to run it…

And it makes those arms, too. More than 100,000 are already on factory floors.

Wall Street hasn’t figured this out yet either.

The analysts still have it filed under a completely different category.

So right now, you can own the rig, the arms and the whole H-K-H business at a steep discount.

That won’t last long.

And getting in ahead of that could hand you as much as 292%.

The Second Company Can Turn One Hour of H-K-H Into 100,000… And It Just Started Charging Factories by the Year for It

Remember, an hour of H-K-H takes an hour of somebody’s hands… unless you can multiply it.

My second company owns the way to do that.

Feed it one recording of a skilled worker, and it can turn that into more than 100,000 lessons for a robot…

…lessons where the robot can get it wrong as often as it needs to without hurting anyone.

That’s why some of the biggest names in medicine and autos, and a national robotics lab, already run their robot training through it.

One Recording. A World of Practice. 100,000+ robot-training lessons from one human recording — simulated practice: try, reset, learn. Room to get it wrong, without real-world harm

But what makes this an investment is what happened this fall.

For the first time, the company opened its doors to factories… and every training program a factory builds inside it will pay a yearly fee, up to $75,000 apiece.

Get positioned before then, and I believe this stock could make you as much as 635% alone over the next few years.

The Third Company Makes the One Part That Turns H-K-H Into Motion… Last Year, Customers Ordered Twice What It Could Build

H-K-H is worthless until a robot can act on it.

And between the recording and the robot’s first move sits one small part that turns know-how into motion.

My third company makes it.

When researchers first proved a robot could learn a job from ten minutes of a person’s hands, every move it made ran through this company’s parts.

That’s why two of Silicon Valley’s biggest names already buy from it… and why last year’s orders ran twice what it could ship.

It trades overseas, so few Americans own it yet… and I’ll show you exactly how to buy it.

I believe it could hand you the biggest gain of the three: as much as 676%.

And if you own all three, and you own H-K-H from the worker’s hands to the robot’s… as much as 1,603% between them.

I’ve put the full analysis on all three companies into our new research report called…

The H-K-H Resource Rush (And How to Grab Your Stake Now)

The H-K-H Resource Rush (And How to Grab Your Stake Now), a Personal Finance 2026 report by Jim Pearce, shown on a tablet

Inside, you’ll find all three names and tickers… the most I’d pay for each one…

A step-by-step guide to buying the overseas pick from a regular U.S. brokerage account…

And exactly what I’m watching on each company as the rush builds.

I’m not selling this report. I can’t.

Because on its own, it would only hand you half of a fortune.

A name and a buy price get you in the door.

The money is made on the day you walk out with it… and remember, every resource rally has a shelf life.

The day H-K-H becomes the headline, the easy money is gone.

No report printed today can tell you which day that is.

That’s what my advisory Personal Finance is for.

And it’s the only way to get this report.

Become a member today, and ‘The H-K-H Resource Rush’ is yours free the moment you join.

All three names, every buy price… and me in your inbox the week it’s time to sell.

And the report is only the first thing you get.

Let me walk you through the rest.

Flash Alerts That Lock In the Money the Day It Matters

This is where fortunes get kept.

When news hits one of our stocks, you hear from me that same day, with the order spelled out.

Like in February 2022, the week Russia rolled into Ukraine, and the market got spooked China was about to do the same on Taiwan.

I didn’t hesitate to get out of the Taiwanese chip stock Himax to double our money.

Personal Finance Flash Alert from Jim Pearce, February 28, 2022: Sell Himax Technologies — “book that profit to avoid the possibility of seeing it disappear in a flash of gunpowder”

It had just posted record revenue and record earnings.

I sold anyway, to “book that profit to avoid the possibility of seeing it disappear in a flash of gunpowder.”

Seven months later, the stock had plummeted 56%… and every reader who followed me could’ve had the double in the bank.

Or how about in March 2024, when a takeover bid landed on Discover.

I sent out an alert to get out while the offer was still on the table…

Locking in 540% winner.

Enough to turn every $10,000 into $64,000.

Stock Talk

Have a question about a position? Post it, and my research team answers it.

Take Western Digital, one of the biggest winners in our Growth portfolio.

I recommended it in December 2017, and it’s up more than 720% since.

But the best part came in February 2025, two days after the company handed our readers shares in its SanDisk spin-off.

One of them asked on Stock Talk whether to keep both.

My answer: “I would.”

SanDisk has since gained more than 2,800%.

Stock Talk — Western Digital + the SanDisk spin-off: Western Digital (WDC) recommended December 22, 2017 at a $60.98 PF entry, up more than 720%, position still open; one SanDisk (SNDK) share for every 3 WDC shares in February 2025, up more than 2,800% since. Keep both? “I would” — Jim Pearce, on Stock Talk

Now, H-K-H is the first fortune in this boom… the resource rally that pays over the next two years.

But you already know what comes after.

The resource becomes the headline, the headline rally catches up, and the robots themselves have their day.

That’s when the second fortune gets made… and I’ll be in your inbox the week it’s time to move your money across.

I’m not waiting for that day to start, either.

Because whichever robots win, somebody has to build the data centers where H-K-H gets refined and the factories where it goes to work…

And three big, established companies are already getting paid to do it.

So the day you join, ‘The H-K-H Resource Rush’ is yours… along with a second report on those three companies, called:

The Robotic Buildout Three Companies Powering the AI Robotics Boom

Morgan Stanley’s top robot analyst says the world before robots is like the world before electricity.

Who got rich in the electric age? The companies that built the power plants and wired the factories… because every invention needed power.

The AI robot boom needs the same builders.

A robot runs on electricity, the AI behind it runs on data centers, and the factories that will put them to work have to be built.

Somebody has to design, power and cool it all.

The Robotic Buildout — Three Companies Powering the AI Robotics Boom, a Personal Finance 2026 report by Jim Pearce, shown on a tablet

The orders are already flowing.

Last November, two data-center owners ordered billions of one builder’s power and cooling systems in one day… and that builder is in this report.

With one that engineers the water and grid and one that delivers whole projects.

Whichever robots win, these three get paid… the ones you hold while the H-K-H picks sprint.

I’ve watched it happen before too.

I recommended Caterpillar in 2020 for roads and bridges… then the AI data centers needed its generators, and it led to a 575% winner.

My best case for the top pick in ‘The Robotic Buildout’: as much as 422%.

And when you join Personal Finance today, a second bonus report takes you inside the factories where H-K-H is paying off.

The Factory Profit Revolution Two Industrial Plays Positioned to Turn Smarter Factories Into Shareholder Gains

You’ll remember a factory could never buy its welder’s know-how… only hire him.

Now it can build it into machines… and one plant in China grew revenue 129% that way without hiring anyone.

Two American companies are doing it… and Wall Street prices them like yesterday’s smokestacks.

The Factory Profit Revolution — Two Industrial Plays Positioned to Turn Smarter Factories Into Shareholder Gains, a Personal Finance 2026 report by Jim Pearce, shown on a tablet

At first, a skilled cutter inspected every leather hide by eye. Now software does it, with his judgment built in… and its president says the plant no longer needs skilled labor.

Earnings jumped 23% in one quarter, and the stock could hand you as much as 421%.

The second grew sales 13% last quarter and posted cash… and its CEO says it’s still sold out.

So it’s adding robots… and with customers waiting, everything they turn out is already sold.

Who’s waiting? The companies wiring AI data centers.

Both names and buy prices are inside.

And for the robot makers, your third bonus report has a way in before the headline rally catches up.

The AI Venture Backdoor

How Main Street Can Own the Robots Silicon Valley Is Betting On

The second fortune in this boom goes to the robot makers themselves… and the best of them are still private.

That’s where Silicon Valley gets in. Last year venture funds poured $41 billion in… nine cents of every venture dollar on earth.

Even customers are buying in. One of the world’s biggest carmakers tested one maker’s robots… then bought a piece of the company.

Whatever they grow into belongs to whoever owns them… until now, that was never you.

The AI Venture Backdoor — How Main Street Can Own the Robots Silicon Valley Is Betting On, a Personal Finance 2026 report by Jim Pearce, shown on a tablet

I’ve found a way in: one stock you can buy from a brokerage account… that owns stakes in private robot makers at the private price.

Its biggest stake? A company whose robots learn a job by being shown how… H-K-H, at work in American factories.

My projections show this one stock could return as much as 513% over the next three years once the headline rally comes to fruition.

Venture funds pay hundreds of millions a round for a seat at this table.

I could easily charge thousands for the batch.

But you won’t pay a fraction of that today.

Join Personal Finance Today and Save $596 on All Four Reports and Your First Year

Let me put everything on the table.

First, The H-K-H Resource Rush… the three names that own the resource from the worker’s hands to the robot’s, with the most I’d pay for each.

That report alone could lead to a combined 1,603% return.

So charging $149 for it would be more than fair.

Then come the three bonus reports.

The Robotic Buildout, with the three builders who get paid whichever robots win…

The Factory Profit Revolution, with the two American plants already cashing in on H-K-H…

And The AI Venture Backdoor, your seat at the table Silicon Valley pays hundreds of millions to sit at.

Each one is worth $99 on its own, and each one carries a pick I see climbing 400% or better.

And then there’s the year of Personal Finance itself…

…52 weekly briefings, both portfolios with every buy price and sell call, every flash alert, Stock Talk and the members’ site.

Which normally would cost you $199 for a single year membership.

Add it up, and you’re looking at $645 worth of research.

But you won’t pay anywhere near that.

Because when you join today, you get everything I just listed, all four reports and the full year, for just $49.

Everything included with Personal Finance with Jim Pearce: The H-K-H Resource Rush, The Robotic Buildout, The Factory Profit Revolution and The AI Venture Backdoor reports, the Growth and Income model portfolios and Flash Alerts — save $596

That’s all four reports free…

And 75% off the normal membership rate to Personal Finance.

Saving you a total of $596 instantly.

To put that in perspective, let me put it next to one call.

Say you’d put $1,000 into NVIDIA on October 12, 2022, the day I told my readers to buy, and sold the day I said to.

That $1,000 came out at $10,756… and the profit alone pays for 199 years of Personal Finance.

Why Would I Charge So Little?

The honest answer is simple. A letter like mine lives on readers who stay…

And readers only stay when the research keeps paying.

So the money in this business comes years after the first $49, and only if I’m right.

In other words, it’s a genuine win-win. You get breakthrough research you can’t get anywhere else, and I get a customer for decades.

It’s just good business.

And that’s the deal that has kept Personal Finance in print for 52 years.

In fact, one member, Edward K, first subscribed 40 years ago… and he’s still paying for it today.

I don’t know any other publishers who can say that.

Which is why I can let you in for $49.

Your first year is how you find out whether I’m right, the same way Edward found out 40 years ago… and every year since.

The Keep-the-Picks Guarantee

And I’ll go one better. I’ll take the risk off you entirely.

Take the next 30 days. Read all four reports. Read four weekly briefings.

Watch the first alert hit your inbox the day news breaks on one of our stocks.

If at any point you decide Personal Finance isn’t for you, send one email and every penny of your $49 comes back… and all four reports stay yours. Every name, every ticker, every buy price.

So the picks are yours either way… which leaves just one question.

It’s the same one Personal Finance has been answering for everyday investors since 1974:

What’s next?

You’ve just read my answer.

The only decision left is whether you get in early this time… before H-K-H becomes the headline.

The Biggest Money on Earth Is Already in H-K-H… Now It’s Your Turn

Before you decide, look one more time who’s already in.

Jeff Bezos wrote a $100 million personal check. Meta topped it with $14 billion.

And China is building the mines itself, one every four days, while Washington scrambles to catch up.

Every one of them moved before you’d ever heard the letters H-K-H…

And now you know why.

For the first time ever, a person’s know-how can be owned, and the robots they’re racing to build can’t do a day’s work without it.

So which way does the price go from here?

I say up… and it’s simple arithmetic.

The robots are going to need something like more 100,000 years of H-K-H we don’t have.

This much money chasing that little supply pushes the price higher.

And all three three companies in your first report are primed to soar along the way…

The one that captures H-K-H, the one that multiplies it, and the one that turns it into motion.

That’s exactly how NVIDIA’s chips landed us a 975% winner.

The rally ran two full years… until the day the chips became the headline.

H-K-H is nowhere near the headline.

I know, because I measured it.

Over the three weeks before I published this letter, 1,460 promotions landed in my inbox, from 39 competing publishers… about 70 a day.

Not a single one was about H-K-H.

So frankly, the crowd is nowhere near this yet.

But that won’t last long.

That leaves you two futures.

In one, you own the three H-K-H names today… and in 2028, when CNBC is touting a new “H-K-H stock” every other day…

You’re the one who owned the real ones before anyone was talking about it.

In the other, you simply read about them, but never had the gumption to act.

Choose the first, and this is what you get:

The biggest money on earth has already moved.

The crowd hasn’t.

That gap is where every fortune I’ve shown you was made… and right now, I think you’re standing in it.

One of my readers, Grace E. of Omaha, told us she went from broke in her 60s to worth nearly half a million dollars with Personal Finance.

To a friend still on the fence, she had one question: “What’s holding you up????”

And at this point I’ll ask you the same.
